Deposits and why?

What's the purpose of a deposit?

My time and your time is valuable and should not be played with. This deposit commissions me to begin my drafting and drawing process. Any art that I produce (unless otherwise requested by the client) is a custom piece that has taken my time to research the material and draw every component from scratch. I do not "copy/paste" and use any other artists' hard-earned work.

What is allowed with a deposit?

- 1 appointment reschedule (due to work/emergencies/personal) within 72 hours before the original appoinment

- Guarantees the day & time of your appointment

- Deposit is deducted from the final tattoo cost

- Considered "rolling" for multi-session pieces and is applied to the final appointment

What can cause your deposit to be forfeited and non-refundable?

- Abrupt cancellations within 72 hours prior to the original appointment

- Needing to reschedule more than once due to any reason (see below)

- If at the time of your appointment you dislike any draft, I can make changes immediately; however, if you want a completely different drawing and/or concept, another deposit is required to reschedule.

- No call, no show

- If you are 30 minutes late or more to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.

**Appointment times are strict and you must be at the studio at the time of your appointment. Please stay in contact with us and let us know if this is the case so we may handle your appointment time appropriately.**

If you or someone within your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact me immediately via social media or by phone. I will require either a physician's note or some kind of official documentation showing the test results with the date displayed clearly. If you have been laid-off from your employer due to COVID-19, please provide something in writing from your employer stating the issue and/or your return day.

Upon receiving the information listed above, I can reschedule you 2-3 weeks ahead, minimum, or to a later date within my available schedule. Please be aware that I need everything in writing as, unfortunately, some have used "I have COVID" as an excuse because they did not want to show up for their appointment.

Again, my time and  your time is very valuable and should not be played with. If the requirements have been met, your deposit will remain valid with zero penalty.
